Josh is responsible for mapping out the overall creative strategy for both companies. Before these roles, he led external affairs for the President of the Rockefeller Foundation. Josh also serves as an external consultant for Gucci’s $6.5M social impact initiative, Gucci Changemakers. He graduated in 2008 from the University of Tampa with a degree in International Affairs.

As Chief Innovation Officer, Dat is responsible for building and sustaining an inclusive innovation culture across WeCreatives. Dat has over fifteen years of experience developing innovation for underserved and marginalized communities globally – from the U.S. to Tanzania, Malawi, and Rwanda. His education includes a PhD in chemistry and an MBA in entrepreneurship.
